Our Council of Partners serves as an advisor and sparring partner for Future Up's management team. The council meets regularly to exchange visions, ambitions and experiences. The participants help set the course and think along on a strategic level to achieve our goal.
The Supervisory Board consists of four members and is headed by chairman Pallas Agterberg.

Ankie van Wersch | Managing Director
Ultimately responsible for the organisation. In particular, for the strategy and careful decision-making in which all parties come into their own (Supervisory Board, Partner Board, Works Council). As director, she is the organisation's figurehead and focuses on external relations. She also leads the operations team. Read more about Ankie here.

Marije Perdon | Manager communicatie & public affairs
The communications & public affairs manager is responsible for positioning Future Up, partner network(s) and projects and programmes. Together with team partners and transition projects, the team works on partner activation. Brand strategy, project communication, and implementation of marketing, communication and public affairs are also the responsibility of Marije.
Martijn Weeda | Manager partners and proposition development
Weeda, with the partners team, is responsible for increasing our movement. In practice, this means ensuring that partners are satisfied and engaged. But also that we develop an offering that is relevant to newly joining companies.
Suzanne van Haren | Manager transition projects
The transition projects manager is responsible for accelerating the sustainable transition. The team develops projects and implements them. Our NEx themes are the focus, knowledge about sectors the basis.
