Once you sign up, you will receive the available classes (currently 5) every other day in your mailbox. We will then notify you when a new lesson is available. All lessons consist of short videos of about 15 minutes.
In the videos, we have experts from DuraVermeer, NLAdviseurs and Ballast Nedam, among others, speak out, specialising in the dialogue between client and contractor, measuring biodiversity and contract forms of nature-inclusive construction. After attending the course, you will be able to give biodiversity a place in the procurement process of your building or infra project.
Lesson 1: The ideal nature-inclusive procurement process
During the course kick-off, you will gain a better understanding of nature-inclusive procurement and what it requires from both the client and the contractor
Lesson 2: The dialogue between client and contractor
When the client and contractor in construction trust each other, are on the same page and work well together, it accelerates work on nature-inclusive construction. In lesson 2, we therefore focus on the biases, beliefs and interests between the two parties.
Lesson 3: Collaborative forms of nature-inclusive constructionIn lesson 2, you learned more about how to better collaborate on biodiversity. In this lesson, we discuss which form of contract best suits that collaboration. Do you board everything up? How much leeway is there for biodiversity? An expert from the field will help you on your way.
Lesson 4: How to really measure biodiversityYou get started with nature-inclusive construction, but how do you measure the contribution of construction projects to nature? That is not easy. In this lesson, we discuss different methods for meaningful measurement.
Lesson 5: EMVI in the infrastructure sector
How do you use EMVI (Economic Most Responsible Tender) to promote nature-inclusive construction? DuraVermeer shares its experiences.
Lesson 6: Nature-inclusive roadsides, how do you buy them?
What is ecological roadside management? And how do you draw up a management plan?
With a practical example on how idverde and the municipality of Gennep approached this.
