Are you sure you want to end your organisation's Future Up partnership? You terminate your partnership by filling in the form below. We will notify you when your termination is confirmed. It is always possible to rejoin our network afterwards.

When will my partnership end?
We apply a three-month notice period for cancellation. If you cancel before 1 October, your partnership will cease from the following calendar year. For this we refer to our partner conditions. In the meantime, you can still use our services and participate in activities - please do!
