Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), the Deforestation and IMVO Act - laws and regulations that also come your way. Waste lists? No way! They offer an opportunity to embed sustainability in your business operations. In this second edition of the Community of Practice of seven meetings, you will prepare your organisation step by step for the CSRD - supported by expertise and practical experience from the network. You will leave with a strong foundation for integrated decision-making, internal support and a future-proof sustainability strategy.
De Community of Practice in het kort
The CSRD aims to promote transparency and comparability of sustainability reporting, helping consumers, investors and customers better understand your company's social impact. The CS3D complements this and motivates you to identify CSR risks and prevent and reduce negative impacts. In short: more transparency for the sake of people and the environment. This programme not only shows you what is expected of you, but also how to translate this into your organisation's daily practice.
Have you or your colleagues not previously participated in the Community of Practice: Getting Started with CSRD? If so, we recommend that you attend part one first. Read more information about the upcoming edition in March.

You will become part of our CSRD community
A unique feature of this programme is that you participate with colleagues. This strengthens cooperation and helps to implement the necessary actions faster in your organisation. And because you work on a common challenge in a fixed group, there is room to go deeper into the practical part of the CSRD guideline. We also use a digital platform to exchange data, documentation and experiences - also outside the scheduled meetings. So you really become part of our CSRD community!

The CSRD and/or CS3D will soon apply to your company
You have participated in part one of the Community of Practice: Getting Started with CSRD
Or you already report according to the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD)
Per organisation, we ask for a one-off contribution to make your participation not optional and to cover organisational costs. For large companies (with more than 250 employees) this is 1,500 euro, for SMEs 750 euro (excluding VAT).
This programme has an estimated value of €7,000. A group consists of a maximum of 25 companies. An intake interview takes place beforehand. We recommend participating per session in duo form with a colleague who - in a different function - plays an important role in the business.
What is the CSRD?
The CSRD directive requires large companies to report on issues such as CO2 emissions and social capital, as well as the impact you have as a company on biodiversity and human rights violations in the chain. The directive is an extension of the existing European directive around sustainability reporting: the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD). The CSRD will apply since 1 January 2024 to companies currently covered by the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) and from 2025 to large companies not currently covered.
Do you have questions or would you first like an exploratory discussion to find out if this is something for you, your colleagues and your organisation? Christian will be happy to help you further.
